The Blox is currently seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive, strategic legal professional to contribute to our accelerator, which primarily focuses on start-ups in fintech, AI, web3, and various other sectors.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
• Assist with corporate governance and business development matters.
• Maintain awareness of legislative changes that may impact the accelerator.
• Advise on compliance with laws and regulations relating to start-ups, fintech, web3, and blockchain.
• Engage and manage outside legal counsel as required.

Requirements:

‍

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment.
• Overall broad legal knowledge in intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about the start-up, fintech, web3, and blockchain universe.
