Sourcing Force, an industry leader in procurement outsourcing, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to join our dynamic team.

As an integral member of our procurement department, the Buyer will execute and manage the end-to-end procurement process, building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Implement and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and supplier selection.
• Develop, maintain, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers.
• Research market trends and leverage insights to influence strategic buying decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine needs and specifications.
• Manage supplier performance, ensuring delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

‍

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a buyer or relevant role within procurement.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software.

• Location: Paris or Lyon, or Remote.
• Compensation: Competitive salary + meal vouchers.
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday.
